Hi,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my Public Records Request regarding purchase
orders and payment records for non-person vendors from 01/01/2022 to the present date. It has been some time
since I submitted the request, and I have not yet received a response.
Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my request and let me know when I can expect to
receive the requested records?
As noted in my original request, I am seeking existing purchase/payment records for non-person vendors, such as
companies, organizations, and contractors. If available, the records should include:
• Vendor Name
• Purchase Date
• Purchase Description
• Total Amount Paid for each purchase
Examples of relevant existing reports may include check registers, procurement reports, standard purchase order
detail reports, warrant/claims reports, or purchase order history reports.
We prefer the records in CSV or Excel/XLSX format, if available. PDF is also acceptable if that is the format in which
the records are maintained.
