The Goals of the City of San Luis Obispo Promotional Coordinating Committee are to (1) Improve the quality of life available to
all residents of and visitors to San Luis Obispo and (2) Promote, in a manner consistent with long-range community goals, the
development of San Luis Obispo as a regional and tourist center.

PUBLIC COMMENT: Each speaker is limited to three minutes of public comment
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. CONTINUE BUDGET RECOMMENDATION FOR 2009-11
FINANCIAL PLAN 2 HOURS
The committee will continue its discussion started at the annual retreat and continued in
its regular February meeting to define the budget recommendation and work program
for the 2009-11 Financial Plan.
2. DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE PROGRAM STUDY 30 min
Consider left over funding in GIA & Enhanced promotion to be allocated for the
commission of the directional signage study.
