To speed up the recheck process, note on this list at the left margin where each correction item has
been addressed in the plans, specification, etc. Be sure to enclose the marked up list when you submit
the revised plans.
Clarify whether any plan revisions, client changes, or significant modifications have been made to
these plans other than those plan review items identified through the city plan review process. If
applicable, include a summary of the additional changes.
General Requirements & Comments
These plans are considered incomplete and additional comments may apply when all minimum plan
information and/or supporting documentation is provided through the plan review process.
1. The Public Works Department plan set used for this review has been marked as “Public Works
Checkprint Copy IV” and may reference some of the following plan review comments. Return
the plan set marked “Public Works Checkprint Copy IV” with your resubmittal.
2. All mitigation measures, conditions, and/or code requirements that are part of the planning
approvals shall be considered part of this correction list whether or not reiterated herein.

2. Resize the southern drainage channel with the updated hydrology report. The Hydrology
report and the plans do not match. The hydrology report has a 2% slope and the plans show
>14%. Resize the drainage channel, hydrology report and plans sheets as necessary to
accurately reflect the topography and the proposed project.
3. Move the rip rap field out of the right of way on the northern property line. Add and
energy dissipater to the northern drainage swale.
