I hope that a traffic signal at Grand & Slack is part of the improvement. Right now pedestrians, bicycles, scooters all cross
the intersec?on irrespec?ve of the cars lined up. It is like a parade backing up cars. Cars take any opportunity to cross at
the 4 way stop whether it’s their turn or not. Please use foresight rather than wai?ng for the requisite number of
accidents or deaths to occur before installing a signal.
Even before the new houses for professors & staff are occupied, it is difficult ge?ng out of the neighborhood at peak CP
traffic ?mes.
Please see that my comments are included when discussing this ma?er. I no longer drive at night and will not be
a?ending any city gatherings.
