RECOMMENDATION: 1) INTRODUCE BY TITLE ONLY AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 2.04 OF THE SAN LUIS OBISPO MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE
REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING START TIMES FROM 7 :00 P.M. TO 5 :00 P.M.; and 2)
Adopt a resolution amending the City Council Policies and Procedures.
