MEMORANDUM —

SUBJECT: Creek walk - Creek setback ordinance orientation
While the Planning Commission was considering the creek setback ordinance, you asked staff
to set up a creek walk, so you could become familiar with how the proposed setbacks might
apply in different situations. Your secretary is contacting you to arrange a day and time
within the next four weeks.
The attached map is my suggestion for a route. It is convenient to City Hall, and covers
several zones and development situations. While it does not include an undeveloped setting,
most of the public interest has focused on infill development and additions. It will probably
take about an hour, anticipating stops for questions and answers.
Let me know if you have any comments or suggestions (781-7165).
