My vote is to remove these two residences and continue on with the plan to build the SLO Little Theater. We have many
other old "historic" building and residences in SLO. I see this as abetter mix for that area and a good draw to that end of
Downtown and certainly the parking structure would be better utilized. SLO could use ALOT more new and certainly to
that end of Downtown. It always seems that the "new" gets developed at the other end of Downtown. This would be a
"shot in the arm" for our end and we could use the "new'bloodi" Tks.
