HABITAT CONSERVATION GRANT FUNDS (HAMPIAN/462.1) Consideration of authorizing staff to apply for grant funds in the amount of $100,000 from the Habitat Conservation Fund Program of the California Wildlife Protection Act of 1990 to be used in support of the acquisition of part of the Bishop Peak property. ♦ RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution authorizing staff to complete and submit application.
