SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT RECOMMENDATION TO
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION
Appoint Jim Lopes to a Four year term, to begin 4/1/99 and end on 3/31/03, and thank Curtis
Illingworth for his many years of service to the City.
DISCUSSION
After serving since December, 1990, Curtis Illingworth's term will expire on 3/31/99. Upon
review of all applications on file and interviewing candidates, the Council Subcommittee is
pleased to recommend Jim Lopes for appointment. His application is attached. All others are
available in the City Clerk's Office.
