DISCUSSION
One vacancy exists on the Jack House Committee due to the resignation of family heir and long-
time member, Katchy Andrews. The grant deed requirement that a family heir be a member of
the committee expired six years ago. The deed states that, "Thereafter, this member may be
selected at large." It also stipulates that tenure be from one to four years, which is the same as
other advisory bodies.
Upon review of applications and interviewing candidates, the Council Subcommittee is pleased to
recommend the four-year appointment of Greg Dillman.
