REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF LABOR RELATIONS OBJECTIVES (IRONS/ ZOCHER – 120 MINUTES) Recommendation Review and approve the draft Labor Relations Objectives (LRO) that will guide labor negotiations with employee groups during 2014 and 2015. ADJOURNMENT Adjourn to a Special Meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California, for discussion of the Land Use and Circulation Element. The next Regular Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, California.
