Hi Council members,
I think you will be hearing from some folks Tues night
about this issue and I am supportive of this project,
especially when the lake is dry which ought to save us
gobs of money and allow eyeball evaluation of the
project.
I hope
the powers
that be have
the imagination to
make a
number of
islands
in the
lake.
And of course
since the lake park is huge there is no need to take
dredged material off site, simply spread it around AND
make some interesting landscape with the extra soil.
The park is pretty boring as a large f lat expanse and
would benef it greatly f rom some terrain change -give it
some texture!
best,
Pete Evans
