Dear Council Members,

I am writing in support of John Ashbaugh and ask that you consider the least punishment possible for his Brown Act
Violation. Please condemn his actions and move on. I personally don't think Mr. Ashbaugh had any ill intend and was
just frustrated by the events taking place that evening and had a slip of the tongue.
He apologized, and in my opinion the violation was minor and I would hate to see this council continue to get side tracked
about issues between themselves and not concentrate on the community as a whole; the community you were elected to
serve.
I won't be able to attend the meeting because of work, please condemn Mr. Ashbaugh and move on. No need to reply
either, you are all very busy and I just wanted my voice heard.....Thank You.
