To: Mayor Jan Marx,
Council Members Dan Carpenter,
Carlyn Christianson and
Kathy Smith,
Concerning Alleged Brown Act Violation
In reading over the material concerning the Alleged Brown Act Violation, we see no "confidential Information ", "closed
session material ", "interests of the city ", "consideration of the issues" or "frank discussion" being expressed in public.
In the spirit of congeniality, and a desire to work together for the good of our city, Councilman Ashbaugh's apology
should be accepted, and graciously received by Councilman Carpenter.
Not only would this be the best solution for our city, but an example to our electorate of positive conflict resolution.
Sincerely and in gratitude to you for your service to us, and our city,
Gina Hafemeister
