Hello Jan,
Councilman John Ashbaugh made a mistake when he divulged some information from a closed session. I have read his
apology and I feel that the matter should be closed with a reprimand. Sending this to the Grand Jury would be far in
excess of what is needed. Indeed, I would characterize such action as the proverbial "tempest in a teapot. ". I would
strongly urge the council to get back to the business of the Airport Land Use issue as soon as our newest council
member is sworn in.
