That portion of Lot 41 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as shown on the map filed in Book 2 of Records
of Surveys at Page 55 in the office of the County Recorder of said County and State more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 41; thence along the East line of said Lot 41,
1. North 1 °16'06" East (record N 0 009'37" W), 575.00 feet; thence leaving said East line
2. North 88 °43'54" West, 405.00 feet; thence
3. South 44 °37'13" West, 375.37 feet to the West line of said Lot 41; thence along said

that certain Deed of Trust(s) dated May 18, 2011, executed by Santa Lucia Bank, Trustor, and
recorded May 18, 2011, as Instrument Number 2011 - 023749 of Official Records in the Office of
the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. The Deed of Trust(s)
encumber(s) the real property described in the attached offer. As the Beneficiary of said Deed of
Trust(s), the undersigned hereby consents (a) to the execution and recordation of the attached
Irrevocable & Perpetual Offer to Dedicate Public Sewer and Bikeway Easement, (b) to the
execution and recordation of an easement to the City of San Luis Obispo, if the offer is accepted
