We accept a tenant with a subsidized housing voucher with HUD administered through the local Housing Authority. Our contract provides that we agree to certain conditions, one of which is a yearly inspection, for cleanliness, and safety, etc. We also accept $883 a month which is much lower than market rate and a limit of one tenant. We also pay for the business license and tax certificate. We believe that these provisions already provide what the proposed ordinance intends and therefore additional fees should not be required.. Also the proof of this agreement is on file with the City's housing authority so is easily confirmed and not an issue that needs to become an enforcement situation Norma Hoffman 2348 Sendero street SLO, CA 93401
