Said irrevocable easement is described in EXHIBIT A -1 and depicted on Exhibit A -2 , each attached hereto (the "Easement Area "), and is for the purposes of: public access to and from the Properties described on EXHIBIT B -1 and generally depicted on Exhibit B -2 for vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle ingress and egress to the Properties. This Offer is contingent upon the offer and City acceptance of a similar public access easement across the adjoining property described in the deed to NKT Development, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company recorded on June 20, 2014 in Document No. 2014024328 of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, more particularly described as follows: Lots 82 and 83 of San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map thereof recorded February 7, 1906 in Book 1 Page 92 of Record of Surveys, San Luis Obispo County Records. Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the State of California in the Grant Deed recorded April 21, 1975 in Book 1828 Page 829 as Document No. 11865 of Official Records.
