Mon, Apr 7, 2014 at 12 :19 PM The plans are very limited and hard to read. The plans and information you provided do not appear to answer many of the questions that one might have about the project. I do not see a lot of details that are not in the package that would be required for an application of this type in the City of San Luis Obispo or for that matter any California town. A couple of other questions would be if there are any original permit for the existing commerical use. What is the permit history on file for the site.. What work is being done in the creek area, Is there more site plan detail? What type of foundation etc ? Please let me know what the status of the application is, including any appeal period. Based on not knowing the above information and being able understand questions about the project. I am sending over an appeal of any decision in favor of the project. r.
