MAJOR CITY GOAL of COUNCIL City Council’s adoption of the 2013-15 Financial Plan and Major City Goal to Sustain Essential Services, Infrastructure, and Fiscal Health = timely analysis of programs. 2. RETIREMENT – Best Practice to Review In preparation of long time Golf Course Supervisor intended retirement - spring 2015 3. USE OF INFORMATION Information gathered will be used to formulate recommendations about Golf Course’s operations in early 2015 to coordinate budget requests. Agenda Item Tonight Ask Questions of Staff. Hear from the Public. Discuss and Consider whether or not the Council wants to issue the RFP. Next Steps If Council supports the PRC’s recommendation, staff would then “Issue the RFP”. Proposals would be due on January 6th Staff and stakeholder work group evaluate proposals. Operational recommendations made to PRC and Council in early 2015 so that appropriate budgetary decisions can be coordinated.
