Item 131 - I will be recusing from this item as I own commercial property within 500 feet of this property.
Council liaison sub - committee appointments - I am not "opting out" of assignments as suggested in the
council agenda report. Please read my communication again. I'm informing the Mayor and Vice Mayor
that I have "very little extra time to attend or participate" and to "make the recommendations with that
knowledge ". I left those choices up to them anticipating they would use that information to appoint me to
committees with less time commitment. In no way did I indicate I wanted or needed to opt out, so I
would appreciate a correction in that communication.
