8 Meeting with Dan Rivoire, re new liaison duties with CCA Advisory Committee P

13 Downtown Association Board meeting as Liaison. DA Board has a number of positions open due to term limits so
there will be new faces soon. The Board is concerned about what appears to be increasing aggressive or even dangerous
transient behavior downtown and hopes to work with the city and the Chamber, among others, to even more actively address
the challenges here. There is continuing concern about related maintenance issues too.
Council meeting (3 -5) and Community Goal- Setting Forum (6 -9)
14 TBID (Tourism Business Improvement District) meeting as Liaison. The TBID is exceptionally active and dynamic
now, with the economy picking up and new marketing ventures happening, and their strategic plan rolling out. Very exciting
and interesting meeting. Staff Molly Cano and the TBID Board are doing a wonderful job.
