AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN LUIS OBISPO CHAMBER OF COMMERC E
The AGREEMENT dated August 18, 2005 between the CITY OF SAN LUI S
OBISPO,a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City" and THE SAN LUI S
OBISPO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, INC .,a nonprofit corporation, hereinafte r
referred to as "Contractor," is hereby amended as follows :
SECTION 4, "City's Obligations" is modified to add the following :
The City shall provide additional compensation to Contractor for th e
production of b-roll in an amount not to exceed $10,000 .
SECTION 5, "Contractor's Obligations" is modified to add the following :
By July 1, 2006, Contractor shall produce b-roll video of the City of Sa n
Luis Obispo to be used in community promotions efforts, consistent wit h
the Contractor's b-roll project proposal, attached and incorporated herei n
by reference .
All other terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT shall remain the same .
Both City and Contactor covenant that each individual executing this Amendmen t
No . 1 on behalf of each party is a person duly authorized and empowered to execut e
agreements for such party .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this instrument to b e
executed on this //day of May 2006 .
