Appoint Keith Miller to a four-year term beginning on April 1, 2001 and expiring on March 31, 2005. 2. Appoint Jean Anderson(Seay) to a four-year term beginning on April 1, 2001 and expiring on March 31, 2005. 3. Appoint Mark Grayson to a two-year to begin on.April 1, 2001 and expiring on March 31, 2003. DISCUSSION Three vacancies exist on the Bicycle Advisory Committee. Jeanne Smith's term and Ed Jaster's term expire on March 31/2001. Richard Lee has been appointed to the Mass Transportation Committee and will, by necessity, resign from the Bicycle Committee on March 31, 2001. The Council Subcommittee interviewed five applicants on February 27, 2001 and recommended the following appointments: Appoint Keith Miller and Jean Anderson (Seay) to four=year terms.
