Reappoint James Neville to a three-year term beginning on April 1, 2001 and expiring on March 31, 2004. 2. Appoint William Pyper to a four-year term beginning on April 1, 2001 and expiring on March 31, 2005. DISCUSSION There are two vacancies on the Parks and Recreation Commission. Ron Regan's term is expiring and he is ineligible to be reappointed to another consecutive term. James Neville's term is expiring on March 31, 2001 and he is eligible to be reappointed to a three-year term. The Council Subcommittee conducted interviews on March 2, 2001 and recommended reappointing James Neville to a three-year term and appointing William Pyper to a four-year term. ATTACHMENTS 1.
