Appoint Glen Matteson to a four-year term beginning on April 1, 2003 and expiring on March 31, 2007. 2. Appoint Phil Reimer to a four-year term beginning on April 1, 2003 and expiring on March 31, 2007. DISCUSSION Mark Grayson and Mary Lou Johnson's terms will expire on the Bicycle Advisory Committee on March 31, 2003 and neither has reapplied. After advertising and interviewing three applicants, the Council Subcommittee is pleased to recommend Glen Matteson to a four-year appointment and Phil Reimer to a four-year appointment.
