SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT RECOMMENDATION TO THE CONSTRUCTION
BOARD OF APPEALS
RECOMMENDATION
1. Reappoint Gregory King to a four-year term beginning April 1, 2003 and expiring March 31,
2007.
2. Appoint Niel Dilworth to a four-year term beginning April 1, 2003 and expiring March 31,
2007.
DISCUSSION
There are three vacancies on the Construction Board of Appeals, one of which is reserved for a
disabled representative. The Council Subcommittee for the Construction Board of Appeals
interviewed two applicants on February 20, 2003 and recommended reappointing Gregory King
to a four-year term beginning April 1, 2003 and ending March 31, 2007 and appointing. Niel
Dilworth to a four-year term beginning April 1, 2003 and ending March 31, 2007. The disabled
representative opening will remain unfilled at this time, however the City Clerk will continue
recruitment efforts.
