Appoint James Weir to a four-year term as a member-at-large on the MTC to begin April 1, 2003 and end on March 31, 2007. 2. Appoint Denise Martinez to a four-year term as the Disabled Representative on the MTC to begin April 1, 2003 and end on March 31, 2007. 3. Reappoint Andrew Rubin to a two-year term as the Student Member to the MTC to begin on April 1, 2003 and end on March 31, 2005. DISCUSSION There are three vacancies on the Mass Transportation Committee, one for a member-at-large, one for a Student Representative, one for a Disabled Representative. Ann Wager and Jennifer Allen Barker's terms expire March 31, 2003. They have not reapplied. After advertising, the Council Subcommittee interviewed applicants and are pleased to recommend the appointment of James Weir as the Member-at-Large, Denise Martinez as the Disabled Representative and Andrew Rubin as the Student Representative.
