Reappoint Gary Clay to a four-year term beginning on April 1, 2003 and expiring on March 31, 2007. 2. Appoint Alan Thomas to a four-year term beginning on April 1, 2003 and expiring on March 31, 2007. DISCUSSION Two terms will expire on the Parks and Recreation Commission on March 31, 2003. Gary Clay's term expires on March 31, 2003. He is eligible to reapply and serve a four-year term. Teresa Larson's term expires on March 31, 2003. She has not reapplied. After advertising, the Council Subcommittee for the Parks and Recreation Commission interviewed three applicants and is pleased to recommend the reappointment of Gary Clay to a four-year term and the appointment of Alan Thomas to a four-year term.
