Reappoint Charles Stevenson to serve a one-year term beginning April 1, 2005 and expiring on March 31, 2006. 2. Reappoint Zeljka Howard to serve a four-year term beginning April 1, 2005 and expiring on March 31, 2009. DISCUSSION Zeljka Howard and Charles Stevenson's terms will expire on March 31, 2005. Ms. Howard has reapplied and is eligible to serve an additional four-year term. Mr. Stevenson has reapplied and is eligible to be reappointed to an additional one-year term.
