Appoint Ben Parker to a four-year term beginning April 1, 2005 and ending March 31, 2009. 2. Appoint Sara Young to a four-year term beginning April 1, 2005 and ending on March 31, 2009. DISCUSSION Two vacancies exist on the Tree Committee. George Sistek and Laura Rice's terms expire on March 31, 2005. The Council Subcommittee interviewed seven applicants on February 9, 2005 and is pleased to recommend the appointments of Ben Parker and Sara Young for four-year terms. ATTACHMENTS 1.
