Subject; PAC Commission meeting of April 7, 2005
Highlights of the recent PAC Commission meeting included the following:
1. Current budget projections show the PAC breaking about even at year end, including the on-
going partner subsidies.
2. The PAC milestone of 1 million patrons occurred on March 12`h, and was acknowledged by a
small on-stage reception at the end of the performance.
3. The Moody Blues will be an added performance on June 6-8.
4. Bids have been received for the acoustics project and are being reviewed by the acoustics
subcommittee of the Commission. Construction is scheduled for this summer.
5. The organ project is progressing. The donation from the Forbes family will be installed in the-,
summer of 2006.
6. A subcommittee of the Commission was appointed to oversee the 10a' anniversary celebration,
scheduled to begin in the summer of 2006. The subcommittee consists of Carly Baker, John
Dunn and Wendy George, representing the three partners.
