The City Clerk's office conducted an open recruitment during the month of May and,two interviews were held on July 6; 2005. The Council Subcommittee is pleased to recommend Patrick Mayeda.for appointment to fill the unexpired term. In reviewing the membership and terns of office for the Jack House Committee, our office discovered that two members have been serving beyond the expiration date of their terms. Gerry Johnson's term expired on March 31, 2003, and John Tischler's term expired on March 31, 2004. With Council's concurrence, our office would like to recommend that their terns be extended until the next annual advisory body recruitment in March 2006.
