DISCUSSION In June 2005, Board member Tunny Ortali resigned from the Board of Directors, citing personal and work related responsibilities. As permitted by the Association's by-laws, the vacated seat may be filled by appointment by the President of the Board and approval of the appointment by the entire Board. Anna Wong, manager of Cal Poly Downtown, was appointed and-approved in July 2005 to complete the remaining term vacated by Tunny Ortali, which expires on March 31, 2007. Anna Wong has managed Cal Poly Downtown and been a member of the Promotions Committee since 2002. FISCAL IMPACT None. ALTER_NA_TI_VE_S None.
