Gladwell, City Clerk SUBJECT: Appointment Recommendations to the Housing Authority RECOMMENDATION By motion, re-appoint Jamie Daniel to a two-year term to end 3/31/95, Alice Martin to a two-year term to end 3/31/95 and Stephen R. Nelson to a four-year term to end 3/31/97. DISCUSSION State law(Health and Safety Code, Sections 34200 et seq),requires the Mayor of cities with Housing Authorities to recommend appointments to that body.. Of the three positions with expiring terms, two of the positions have restrictions. One is required to be a tenant, one position is required to be a tenant over 62 years of age. I am pleased to recommend the three members listed above for re-appointment. CONCURRENCES Housing Authority Director George Moylan concurs with these recommendations.
