SUBJECT: Revisions to Council Meeting Minutes CY°t nr6 e
Council Member Marx and Mayor Romero have requested revisions to the minutes as
indicated below. If Council concurs with these revisions, the motion should so indicate.

November 17, page 2 (C1-4) Andrew Christie, Director of the Santa Lucia Chapter of the
Sierra Club San Luis Obispo, spoke about the benefits of FaaietaiAiRg allowing Laguna Lake
as to convert to a wetland.
November 17, page 3 (C1-5) ACTION: Moved by xx to adopt Resolution No. ??? (2009
Series) approving a Mitigated Negative Ded*a..ration (ER 31-06) for the Laguna Lake Dredging
project, Specification No. 99110. 2. Provide direction to staff on next steps; motion carried
5:0. ACTION. The Council agreed to continue this item for discussion to the
December 1st Council meeting and gave staff direction to return with additional
information.

November 17, page 3 (C1-5) ACTION: Moved by Carter/Settle to: 1. Remove Robert
Mueller from the TBID Board and direct the City Clerk to initiate the process to fill the
vacancy. 2. Introduce Ordinance No. 1536 (2009 Series) modifying Chapter 12.42 of the San
Luis Obispo Municipal Code to specify
members of the TB/D Board shall serve in good standing. Failure to pay assessments
levied under this Chapter or failure to pay Transient Occupancy Taxes to the City shall
constitute loss of good standing and shall result in removal from the TB/D Board;
motion carried 5:0.
November 17, page 4 (C1-6) Council Member Marx commented on the importance of
planning staff to observe the new the Archaeological Resource Preservation Guidelines
when considering changes to projects located near designated creeks.
