DISCUSSION Due to the resignation Stephen Cairns on September 21, 2010, there is a vacancy on the JUC. Staff advertised for the vacant positions in accordance with statutory requirements and one application was received. Council Liaison Subcommittee Member Allen Settle conducted the interview with Mr. Robbins on November 18, 2010. Following the interview Mr. Settle recommended the appointment of Mr. Robbins.
