Agenda Item PH 3, Parking Fine Increase for State and County Penalties, was noticed
to be heard at this City Council meeting. However, it has been removed from the
agenda and is tentatively scheduled to be heard by Council on April 21St. No agenda
report has been prepared and Council will not be asked to act on this item on April 7tr,
