In addition, on April 4, 2011, Jaime Wallace announced his resignation effective immediately.
Mr. Wallace was appointed in March 2011 with a term expiring March 31, 2015. Staff posted
the vacancy as required. Because the Council Subcommittee recently conducted interviews for
the TBID with an excess of candidates, they agreed to choose one of the qualified applicants and
waive the interview process. The Council Subcommittee recommended the appointment of Clint
Pearce with a term expiring March 31,2015.
