At the some time the controller ure replaced, the signal lights will be brought up to current standaris cnd new detection will be added to allow for better response to changing traffic patterns. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: The project has received a notice of exemption from the Planning Department. SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS: Engineer's Estimate: $126, 000.00 Contingencies: 13,000.00 Total: $139,000.00 These projects are included in the amount of $124,000.00 in the 1987-89 Capital Improvement Program, Capital Reinvestment, under Streets/Traffic Signal Improvements.
