Consideration of giving final passage to Ordinance No. 1131, an
amendment to Chapter 12.04 of the San Luis Obispo Municipal Code
regarding encroachments and excavations in or on public property,
including rights-of-way (continued from 2/21/89, 3/7/89 and 3/21/89) .
RECOMMENDATION: Review the proposed revisions and grant final passage
to Ordinance No. 1131 amending. Chapter 12.04 of the Municipal Code as
recommended.
