WATER ALLOCATION REGULATIONS (MULTARI/517 - 1 hr. ) Consideration of passing to print an ordinance (1) amending the Water Allocation Regulations to bar water allocations when the city is implementing mandatory conservation, except for projects in the city which submitted planning applications by March 15, and (2) determines that the previous EIR adequately evaluated environmental impacts (continued from 3/3/89, 3/14/89 and 3/15/89) . RECOMMENDATION: Introduce ordinance to print amending the Water Allocation Regulations as recommended.
