Please observe the time limit of three minutes. A speaker slip (available in the Foyer) must be filed with the City Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. As a general rule, action cannot be taken on issues not listed on the agenda. Staff will generally be asked to follow-up on such items. The Council is interested in hearing from the public regarding issues or concerns of the community and welcome your input.
