RE AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS
Dear Mr. Romero:
Our Electrical Section of the Traffic Department has reviewed
the billing for street lighting of Exhibit "A" to the above
Agreement. We cannot participate in the energy cost at the
locations as shown on the attached page because 1) the
luminaires are not located in a position that meets our
criteria for safety lighting or 2) traffic volume is not
met for any hour in. darkness.
When we increase your Annual Expenditure Allocations for
maintenance, we will amend Exhibit "A" to reflect this
change.
If you have any questions, please call me at 549-3407.
Sincerely,
Marilyn M. Ross
Delegated Mtce. Agmts. Officer
Attach. .
Justification for deletion:
1. Luminaires are not located in a position that meets our
criteria for safety lighting.
2 . Traffic volume not met for any hour in darkness.
