In preparation for the Goal Setting Workshop Mayor Marx asked for Laguna Lake Golf Cours e
revenue and expenditures totals for the year.
For Fiscal Year 2011-12, the Laguna Lake Golf Course revenues exceeded the projected budget o f
$292,700 by $24,091 ; total revenue was $316,791 . With a steady patronage of golfers utilizing the course ,
driving range, golf carts and recreational programming opportunities, golf course revenue continues t o
rebound . Expenditures for the Golf Course operations and maintenance were balanced with an overal l
program savings of $24,400 .
