Under item 8.22.020 A, it states within that item that it is unlawful for odors to "emanate across any parcel or property line ". How does this work in the following situations, are they exempt ? 1. Duplex, triplex or apartment building. Can one side, or top to bottom of a multi unit property complain ? They are on the same parcel. If you live in one side of a duplex can you complain of odor from your attached neighbor ? 2. Mixed use. For instance, commercial /industrial below and residential above. Same parcel, same property lines. Mobile homes. I believe if you own the ground there would be a parcel number, if you don't, you have a space number with all the mobiles potentially on the same parcel. 4. Commercial property. Multi tenants on one parcel or property. 5. Condominiums. There is an Assessors Parcel Number for each unit but you basically own "air space ". If there are 20 units you own 1 /20th. There are also exclusive use areas in most common interest developments. I don't think there is an individual parcel. There is a parcel in a planned development. Thank you.
