Subject: Rental Inspection
We support a Rental Inspection Program for San Luis Obispo. As a city that has one of the highest housing rental
percentages in the state and in which many of the landlords are out of area, this city really needs a rental inspection
program and it must be enforced. Donley and Carol Winger, San Luis Obispo.
