Dear Council,
As a resident of San Luis, I believe you should support rental inspections. What could be the objection to this?
Perhaps staff would be thin and slow in getting to the properties, but the knowledge that an inspector would be
coming should encourage rental owners to ensure that their tenants are living in legal, safe dwellings.
Please support the rental inspection program.
