meeting of the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo held on February 21,
2012; that the members present authorized adjournment of said meeting to
March 6, 2012, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 990 Palm
Street; and that a copy of said notice was posted in the kiosk at 990 Palm Street.
