Dear City Council Members,
It has recently come my, Jimmy Graton General Manager of Franks Famous Hotdogs, attention that a letter was
submitted on our behalf in opposition to the polyurethane ordinance. The letter submitted was not, and does not
portray our business' stance on the ordinance, nor was it submitted by anyone whom had the authority to speak on our
behalf. Franks' customer base is this community, and we consider community proposed and passed City ordinances to
be customer's requests. In order to properly serve our guest we will happily embrace any ordinance, this one and all
those to come. In preperation to be compliant immediately, were this to pass, we have already begun the process of
shopping alternatives with our vendors. It would be greatly appreciated were the fraudulent letter to be redacted, and
this accurate portrayal of our desire to stand with the community be supplanted in it's place. In the thirty eight years of
business Franks Famous Hotdogs has been lucky enough to be in operation in this wonderful city we have and will
continue to strive to support it, and it's citizens. Thank you kindly for the diligent effort you all put forth in order to help
us build a stronger, better community, in which we are blessed to be a part of.
Sincerely,
Jimmy Graton,
General Manager
Franks Famous Hotdogs
